Striking a balance between work and free time.

EU workers’ rights mean that no 7 days of work can exceed 48 hours, a worker has the right to a minimum of 11 consecutive hours of rest a day, and a rest break if on duty for more than 6 hours. And when you take a longer break, EU rules established in 1993 mean that you have the right to “paid annual leave of at least four weeks”.

Working hard is important, and it takes time. But no one should take yours for granted.
